Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an individual reading, at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule a private group reading, and at least 5 days’ notice to cancel a private group reading. Refunds are not issued without the appropriate notice.
Anyone 15 minutes or more late for their appointment is considered a no-show, and no refund is issued. Maya will try to reach you by email.
Please treat your session as sacred time. Be somewhere private and quiet where you will not be interrupted, not in a car or a noisy space, and try not to rush off straight afterwards. For video calls, please make sure you have a strong internet connection. Some sessions may be completed by phone if there are technical issues.
